Every case is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. You’ll see shipping options and delivery estimates at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Because each case is made for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or a wrong phone model — please double-check your model before ordering. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.
On iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name. On Samsung Galaxy: Settings → About phone. Choose that exact model on the product page.
Our magnetic cases have a built-in magnet ring for MagSafe-compatible chargers and accessories. Standard tough, slim and clear cases work with wireless charging but don’t hold magnetic accessories.
As soon as our print partners add the new model — usually shortly after launch. Join the list in the footer and we’ll let you know.
